The limit of 6 active request includes any request currently in process as well as all ILL loan materials (books, microfilm, videos, etc). For example, if you had borrowed 1 video, 1 microfilm, and 1 book, then you requested 3 more items using ILLiad, you would then be at your limit. Article requests are removed from the active request total when you are sent e-mail notification of the item's arrival. Loaned materials are removed from the total when you return them to the Library.
